Running Training & Schedules

Whatever your reason for wanting improvement with your running, I can help. You may be taking on an event for charity for the first time, planning a marathon, taking up running to get fit and lose weight, or you may be someone who wants to achieve that elusive personal best for a specific distance.

Running is one of my areas of interest. I have regularly taken out groups of runners, both beginners, improvers and more experienced runners. I also conduct one to one sessions with my clients, where I guide them through running style, pace, breathing and we get to grips with endurance training, speed training, hill training, multi-paced approaches, periodisation of training, exercise nutrition and much more where it’s required.

Either way, I love running because it makes you feel good. On top of that, it does you good too and can give you the most fantastic sense of achievement. It’s also an incredibly efficient way of burning fat, so provided you’re able, it’s a win-win-win situation!
